Refunds Policy
It is the policy of Defenceworks to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.
If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please request a replacement or refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete and unopened. Defenceworks will not be responsible for any postage cost incurred due to return.
If a manufacturing fault occurs with your product we will replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Items damaged in transit – If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery.
Defective items – You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.

Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
